Success... I think is the best way to put it.

Since returning to a plant based food plan, I have thrown away 48lbs — I say “thrown away” - not lost - because I have no intentions of finding it again. I sleep through the night, those small aches and pains I had been regularly experiencing are mostly gone. I’m no longer on my blood sugar meds and I can manage it easily through eating and exercise. It seems my best medicine is eating plant based, no-oil added and getting exercise... funny actually, eating myself healthy!!

Oh, I have been to Disney World, and go out to eat with friends a lot... it just takes planning...

A year-half  ago, my daughter was concerned that I had a very slight blocked artery and high cholesterol. I went to see cardiologist, I met with the doctor and she suggested to me that I start a plant-based diet instead of potentially doing any kind of stent at this time, Michelle was eager for me to try. Its been a year and a half now eating only plants and I love it - I would not eat any other way, now! My weight at 140 and I am now I am down to 125. My energy level is wonderful and my mind is so much clearer.
When I began, my cholesterol was in the high 200s and now I am maintaining in the low 200’s. I have loved experiencing all the different foods I can eat. I do yoga and walking. My energy is amazing.
Once you start eating plant base you will never go back any other way!
